Important Information Regarding Your Visit

MINORS POLICY
We welcome guests 18 and older for all services.

CHARGES
For your convenience, a 20% Service Charge is added to all services for your provider in lieu of a gratuity. We welcome all feedback in our guest survey. Services are non-refundable.

PROVIDERS
We cannot guarantee male or female providers. To rebook with a specific provider, please call the spa. We do our best to accommodate all requests however, we reserve the right to move appointments when necessary. All our professionally Licensed Massage Therapists and Aestheticians are committed to making your spa experience exceptional.

HEALTH CONCERNS
Please consult your health care provider if you have specific concerns about your selected services. We are not a medical facility and do not provide documentation for medical billing. Our professionals are not licensed to diagnosis or treat any medical conditions.

VALUABLES
Please leave all valuables at home or in your hotel safe whenever possible. You will be asked to remove all jewelry that interferes with your treatment.

DIRECTIONS
We are located at 157 High Street Portland, Maine in the Westin Portland Harborview Hotel known by its historic red Eastland sign on top. When you enter the lobby, you will find us down the stairs to the right.

FACILITIES
Our facility includes relaxing sounds and scents, as well as complimentary wellness teas and water. We have a men’s and women’s locker room with robes and slippers, as well as a shower with towels and toiletries for post treatment.

SPA ETTIQUETTE
Our Spa is a sanctuary for relaxation and renewal. Please speak softly and limit conversations so that others may also enjoy this wellness space.

PAYMENT
We require a Credit Card to secure your booking however, we do not take deposits or prepayment for appointments. The card on file will be charged at the end of your service unless using an Adeline Spa Gift Card or charging to your Westin room. We do not accept cash or checks, and we cannot separate charges of bookings made together.

CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel your appointments, you must call the spa at 207-517-8877 a minimum of 24 hours before your treatment. We require 48 hours’ notice for appointments totaling 4 or more hours. If we are unavailable, please leave a detailed message. Bookings reserve time, space, and a provider for your selected treatments. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full value of services booked.

PREGNANCY
We welcome pregnant guests in their second and third trimester. Please consult your health care provider for current personal recommendations and add the prenatal enhancement to all services so we may prepare for your visit with positioning pillows.

ARRIVAL
Please arrive at the spa 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time to check in. All treatments must end on time so that other appointments are not affected. Arriving late will affect your treatment and the full value of your services will be charged.

PARKING
You will find free and metered street parking around the hotel, and Gateway Parking Garage next door to the hotel.

MODESTY
Please undress to your comfort level using the provided robe and slippers. You will always be appropriately always draped during your treatment per state regulations.

ELECTRONICS
Electronic use of any kind is strictly prohibited in our sanctuary, to safeguard the privacy of all guests. Please turn your phone off and enjoy this time to relax.
